Position Summary:
Engineer Up is seeking a dynamic and results-driven MIcrosoft Power Platform Sales Executive to drive growth in our Microsoft Power Platform Professional Services practice. This role offers an exciting opportunity to identify new business opportunities, cultivate relationships with enterprise clients, and position our consulting and staffing solutions as the preferred choice for digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identify, target, and engage prospective clients to uncover new business opportunities.
Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and revenue objectives.
Leverage your professional network to grow and diversify our customer base.
Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers across all organizational levels within client organizations.
Serve as a strategic advisor, aligning Microsoft solutions to client-specific challenges and goals.
Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure seamless implementation and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Create and deliver customized presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals that emphasize the unique value of Engineer Up's Microsoft consulting solutions.
Address client concerns and overcome objections with compelling, data-supported insights and recommendations.
Analyze industry trends and competitive dynamics to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
Represent Engineer Up at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance visibility and generate leads.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 5 years of sales experience in Microsoft consulting services.
Demonstrated success in consistently surpassing sales targets.
Strong knowledge of enterprise IT service management, IT operations, or digital transformation.
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to cultivate relationships and influence decision-makers across all organizational levels.
