Job Title: Mid to Senior DevOps Engineer (Remote, LATAM)

Who You Are

A Senior DevOps Engineer who embodies the fusion of software development and IT operations. You play a pivotal role in the continuous delivery and lifecycle management of software applications and have experience and a deep understanding of both coding and infrastructure. Highly experienced in automating processes, optimizing systems, and ensuring the reliability and security of production environments, the experience you bring will be critical in bridging the gap between complex technical challenges and business goals, ensuring that software delivery is as efficient and effective as possible.

Fully Remote
Expected to work east coast hours

What You'll Do

Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure using the Azure stack.
Build CI/CD pipelines to automate deployments and ensure smooth delivery of code.
Monitor system health and performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize for efficiency.
Implement and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or Bicep.
Collaborate with development and operations teams to streamline workflows.
Ensure security and compliance standards are met across all infrastructure.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of learning and growth.

What You Know (Qualifications)

Necessary Qualifications:

Experience: 4+ years of DevOps experience, with 2+ years working with Azure.
Tech Stack Expertise:
- Azure services: AKS, App Services, Azure DevOps, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, etc.
- CI/CD tools: Azure Pipelines, GitHub Actions, or similar.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.
- Scripting languages: PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Proficiency with monitoring tools (e.g., Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana).
- Experience in implementing and managing secure cloud environments.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- A proactive, collaborative mindset and a passion for mentoring others.
