A Mid to Senior Level Power Platform Developer
Location: Remote (with potential travel as needed)
Job Type: Full-Time / Consulting
About the Role: We’re looking for a skilled Power Platform + SharePoint Developer who can take ownership of both SharePoint environments and Power Platform app development. This hybrid role is expected to be a 50/50 split between SharePoint and Power Apps work, supporting migration, customization, and workflow automation needs across our client projects.
Key Responsibilities:
SharePoint (50%)
- Support, configure, and maintain SharePoint Online environments.
- Manage site architecture, permissions, and document libraries.
- Develop custom SharePoint solutions using SPFx, PowerShell, or client-side scripting.
- Lead or support SharePoint migrations (on-prem to cloud or tenant-to-tenant).
- Troubleshoot access, configuration, and performance issues.
- Implement advanced SharePoint permissions and governance.
Power Platform (50%)
- Build and maintain Power Apps (both canvas and model-driven apps).
- Automate business processes using Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow).
- Connect SharePoint and Power Platform to deliver integrated solutions.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business needs.
- Ensure security, scalability, and performance of Power Platform apps.
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of SharePoint Online administration and development experience.
- Strong understanding of SharePoint permissions, lists/libraries, workflows, and security models.
- Experience with SharePoint migrations (ShareGate or similar tools a plus).
- Proficiency with Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse, Dynamics 365, or Azure integrations is a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter who can work independently and in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft certifications: PL-100, PL-400, or MS-600.
- Experience with Power BI or Power Virtual Agents.
- Exposure to SPFx, PowerShell scripting, or REST API integration.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Apps portals.
- Familiarity with custom connectors and API integrations.
- Consulting or client-facing experience.
