Who You Are
We are looking for a QA Analyst with strong ownership instincts and a passion for delivering high-quality digital products to join our team. This individual will be responsible for testing and validating applications built on the Microsoft Power Platform—including Power Apps and Power Automate—while also supporting end users, triaging issues, and contributing to the overall improvement of product quality.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment and wants to be involved throughout the product lifecycle—from requirements through deployment.

Project Length

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
- Take end-to-end ownership of product quality across Power Platform applications.
- Conduct functional, regression, and exploratory testing (manual and automated).
- Field incoming tickets from users, triage issues, and provide frontline support.
- Collaborate with product and development teams to clarify requirements and improve product outcomes.
- Assist in onboarding and training users on new features or applications.
- Participate in release planning and provide quality-related feedback throughout the development process.
- Contribute to testing strategies, documentation, and process improvements.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
What You Know (Qualifications)
Necessary Qualifications:
- 3–4 years of experience in Quality Assurance or related testing role.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) highly preferred.
- Experience with defect tracking tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar).
- Understanding of application development lifecycle and testing principles.
- Understanding of automation tools or scripting is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to Dataverse, SharePoint, or Microsoft 365 environment.
- Prior experience supporting or testing low-code/no-code applications.
- Background in end-user training or support.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies.
